Sharing data and connecting knowledge.

On May 2 and 3, 2024, the Department of Care organized the conference The Data Connection as part of Belgium’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union. 130 participants came together at De Hoorn, the Irish College, and the Faculty Club in Leuven. The theme? Complex data exchange and knowledge sharing between different levels: local, regional, international. It also addressed how digital tools can be integrated into the care and health landscape. Compelling content, and an audience that was fully engaged.

We stepped in with the practical side: registration, communication with guests, crew coordination, and graphic design. This allowed the Department of Care to focus on content and conversations while we ensured everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Data and digital tools were the theme; we kept the technology and logistics running.
