Siemens Teambuilding: celebrating results, recharging energy.
Early October 2024 marked the moment: 200 Siemens employees headed to Ter Rijst in Pepingen for a team-building day. The goal? Celebrate their achievements together and recharge both mentally and physically for the year ahead. And as if that wasn’t enough, we were blessed with beautiful weather. Jackpot.
The pre-game hype was real.
Even before the event, anticipation was carefully built up. And once on site? Participants were immediately treated to a few exciting plot twists — just enough to sharpen everyone’s focus for what was coming: a full day of competition where no one was left on the sidelines.
Game on: from darts to floor is lava.
The program offered something for every type of participant: Minute to Win It, Darts, an inflatable obstacle course, Floor is Lava, Speed of Light, Bike Race, Casino, Quiz, and Hammer Time. From die-hard competitors to more laid-back participants — everyone found their rhythm. And best of all? By the end of the day, everyone felt like a winner.
Each team stood out with colored head and wristbands and proudly carried their own team flag. Competitive spirit, but always in style.

After an action-packed day, it was time to unwind. A DJ set the mood with the best tracks, while fire pits in the courtyard created a warm glow that kept conversations going long into the evening. Because a day like this doesn’t just end — it lingers.
