Everyone IDEWE / Tous IDEWE. That’s what it’s all about. 

For this year’s annual IDEWE staff meeting, we pulled out all the stops to shine the spotlight — literally — on all our employees.

The 800 IDEWE team members were warmly welcomed with a delicious and varied lunch, setting the stage for an afternoon filled with engaging and enjoyable sessions.

The stage for Everyone IDEWE was creatively divided into five regional sets, each featuring employees from that region. The decor highlighted distinctive regional elements — so obviously that name tags were practically unnecessary. The playful clichés sparked plenty of laughter and created a vibrant atmosphere in the room. And as if that wasn’t enough, the sets were completely “renovated” during the break. Five fresh, new themes added a delightful element of surprise!

Our host for the day, Ella Leyers, struck just the right balance between serious topics and relaxed vibes. She seamlessly blended meaningful moments with lighthearted energy, while keeping the interaction with colleagues on stage lively and engaging. The result? A program that was entertaining and easy to follow.

We wrapped up Everyone IDEWE with a dazzling singalong musical in true James The Musical style. Three well-known songs, complete with matching dance moves, were performed with gusto. Naturally, the audience joined in enthusiastically, thanks to karaoke lyrics displayed prominently on the big screen.
