Live experiences.
An event without a reason is just a lot of people in the same place.
Of course, the lighting needs to be right, the catering should suit your guests, and the technology needs to do what it is supposed to do.
But that is not where we start. First, we want to understand why you are bringing people together. What do you want them to feel, understand or do? And, most importantly, what should they take away from the experience afterwards? Filling a room is easy. Creating a live experience that actually changes something in the relationship between your organisation and your audience? That is where it gets interesting.
Do you want to bring clients closer to your organisation? Build a community? Bring employees together around a new strategy? Share knowledge? Draw a wider audience into your story? Or get people on board with what comes next?
That is why we like to join the conversation early, while the question is still open and there is room to figure out together what you really need. Tell us where you want to go. We will work out which live experience can help get you there. Within Sylvester, Events is the business unit that turns strategic objectives into live experiences for clients, employees, stakeholders and wider audiences. Strategy, creative, production, direction, video and content: our teams work closely enough together to turn it all into one coherent story.
The better we know your people, the more personal live experiences become.
A strong live experience is not a concept we have sitting in a drawer somewhere. We do not start with ready-made formats or a catalogue full of formulas. We start with the people who will eventually walk through the door.
Who are they? What matters to them? Why should they come? And what kind of relationship do you want to build or strengthen with them?
From there, we shape the story, the concept and the complete live experience. It might become an intimate gathering for twenty key clients, a roadshow, an employee event, an exhibition stand, an awards show or something we will have to invent a name for together. The format follows the objective. Never the other way around.

What happens after the live experiences? We keep going.
Live experiences may have an end time. Fortunately, the bigger picture does not have to care much about that.
Video and content can build curiosity before the event, add extra layers while it is happening, and keep the strongest stories alive afterwards. A great conversation on stage can become a series of short videos the next day, a strong testimonial can continue its journey on social media, and an internal keynote does not have to disappear forever into a folder called FINAL_v7.
That is how live experiences and content make each other stronger. Which is why our event and content teams like to sit around the same table from the start.

Different people, different reasons to come together.

Employee Experiences.
Want to bring employees into the strategy for the year ahead, bring teams closer together or remind people what your organisation stands for? Our employee events and employee experiences do not start with slogans. They start with what is actually happening on the work floor. From there, we create a warm, shared experience people can genuinely connect with.

Corporate Experiences.
There is usually a reason for bringing clients, partners, or stakeholders together. Launching a new product, strengthening relationships, celebrating an important opening, or getting everyone on board with the next chapter. With corporate experiences, we turn those business moments into something people genuinely want to attend… and take something home from.

Brand activations.
Launching a new brand, sending a product out into the world or helping people experience what your brand really stands for? With brand activations and brand experiences, we take your story out of the brand guidelines and put it right where it belongs: among people. In a way that sparks curiosity, invites participation and, ideally, stays with them for a while.

congress & knowledge.
You have something to say. Now you just need to make sure people want to listen, ask questions, and find each other between presentations. We create congresses, conferences, knowledge events, and exhibition experiences where the content is strong, but the experience gets just as much attention. Because eight hours of interesting speakers is still eight hours.

Public experiences.
Want to bring people together around something that matters — and is worth leaving the house for? With public events and public experiences, we bring very different people together around one shared moment or story. A place where people get drawn into the experience, children run around happily with ice cream on their cheeks, passers-by stop because there seems to be “something” in the air, and spectators become genuine participants.
And what do you want to bring people together for?
Do you know exactly what kind of live experiences you want? Or do you currently have little more than an objective, a target audience, and a date that is getting dangerously close?
Both work for us.
We join in while the question is still vague and stay involved as it becomes very concrete. From strategy and concept to production, direction, video, content and everything that inevitably changes along the way.
