The client asked us to come up with an atypical conference format for notaries. Where other parties suggested a classic way of organising, Sylvester came up with a “Congrestival“: a new event concept with a crossover between a congress and festival.

This mix made for a successful event with two days of congress for the notaries and two days of activities for the partners.

Due to a special 360-degree set-up around the central main stage, like a boxing ring, the impact of the speakers was very strong despite the large group of guests. Running in parallel was a non-academic programme with two days of special discoveries in and around Antwerp as well as an exciting trade fair with creatively designed and interesting stands.

We had to wait until Friday afternoon for the best part of the event: an afterwork festival in an urban jungle décor that included a champagne and cocktail bar as well as a DJ booth. The setlist was also quite impressive with big names like Regi, Dorothe Vegas and Like Maarten and DIMARO behind the turntables.
