Country kick-off.

In mid-January, Sylvester asked us to translate their annual Country Kick-Off into an online event for their employees in Belgium. The event was scheduled to take place as early as the end of January.

We like a challenge & we like Schneider. And so we had about two weeks to realise  a full livestream and build it up in Schneider’s showroom in Uccle. Together with our video team, we managed to organise a successful livestream with all the trimmings in a very short time.

For instance, our video producers recorded some conversations with leadership members in Schneider’s own Head Offices beforehand, in order to incorporate them later in the livestream and reduce the number of people in the live studio because of corona. Furthermore, a live testimonial from one of Schneider’s customers was shown to employees. This customer was kind enough to call into the studio live and discuss his cooperation with Schneider with the host and guests in the studio. Some managers from the Netherlands also called in and the CEO showed a strong presentation on what was to be expected for the employees in 2021.
