Meet in Flanders academy.

On Friday June 11^th 2021, one of the first hybrid events since the relaxed coronagraphs of June 9^th  took place. So finally a live audience was possible again.

Moreover, this event also provided an excellent opportunity to test the measures in practice and was therefore considered an official test case of the CERM (Covid Event Risk Model).

Some 200 guests from the conference and event sector (physical and online) received an update on the new measures and the possibilities of organising hybrid events. Here, we also used the virtual platform HYBR and took care of the directional follow-up.

It became a fascinating morning with interesting speakers, online and physical workshops and finally the opportunity to offer catering to the guests.
