Flemish climate and energy summit.

On December 1^st 2016, the entire Flemish Government endorsed the Paris Climate Agreement with a resounding declaration of commitment. 500 stakeholders gathered at the Ghelamco Arena in Ghent for an exciting summit: presentations, debates, videos and policy statements alternated in a flawless way, which could be viewed by everyone entirely online via a livestream. Moreover, 234 companies committed to emitting 6 million tonnes less CO2 annually.

Where ministers and stakeholders made an important pact for a green and energy-efficient Flanders, Sylvester provided the complete cross-media framework.

To this end, Sylvester’s event cell and video cell worked intensively together with the Flemish cabinets and departments for five weeks. The event was also trending on Twitter and other social media for good reason.
