Athumi brought festival vibes to the exhibition floor.
On October 24, 2024, Athumi did something remarkable at Trefdag Digitaal Vlaanderen in Flanders Expo. Among the traditional exhibition stands, one 270 m² booth suddenly stood out — looking more like a festival ground than a standard trade show setup. Say what?!
The brief: stand out, connect, activate.
Athumi didn’t want an ordinary booth where people would just pass by. They wanted a place where things actually happened. With seminars, speaker corners, a fully operational bar, a video corner for interviews, and plenty of space to network without stepping on each other’s toes. Digital applications kept visitor flows moving, while greenery softened the raw industrial look and added warmth. The goal was energy — and that’s exactly what it delivered.
In the evening: switching to party mode.
The stand was built modularly, allowing us to quickly transform the space after the exhibition into an evening reception. Cocktails, mocktails, a DJ — everything needed to close the day in style.
From concept to execution.
Seven months of preparation, followed by the build-up. We managed the entire process: design, production, installation and dismantling. The result? A booth that didn’t just stand out, but truly made an impact. Athumi wanted something memorable — and that’s exactly what they got.
