Telenet Business organizes a yearly event for all associates and peers. This year, a round-up meeting was accommodated during which different departments at Telenet Business exchanged information about their efforts regarding the Amazing Customer Experience. Sylvester came up with an interactive and dynamic fair format, during which every department had their own booth to inform their fellow workers. Not by means of your typical presentations. Every department was guided individually throughout and received a creative rendition in terms of content. Each booth was custom made, a fair for and by the Telenet Business associates. In the meantime this event has also been nominated for a BEA-event award.
