On December 1, 2016, the complete Flemish government signed the Paris Climate Agreement with a perspicuous manifesto. 500 stakeholders got together at the Ghelamco Arena in Ghent for a fascinating summit. Alternating presentations, debates, clips and policy statements were flawlessly coordinated during a live stream available for the public. Furthermore, 234 companies engaged in yearly decreasing their CO2 emissions by 6 million tonnes.
As ministers and stakeholders signed a pact towards a green and energy-efficient Flanders, Sylvester orchestrated the entire cross-media framework.
To make all of this possible, the events and video department at Sylvester collaborated intensively with the Flemish cabinets and departments during five weeks. This resulted in an exciting program and a beautiful collection of interesting videos, that can be found at www.vlaamseklimaattop.be. The event was trending on Twitter and other social media for a reason!
